Les: Oslo-born Joystick Jay has a penchant for rediscovering forgotten nuggets of funk and soul from the four corners of the globe and re-infusing them with a dose of disco. Now residing in Copenhagen, he's made a name for himself as a DJ throughout the European continent thanks to support from tastemakers such as Gilles Peterson, and his edits of afrobeat king Fela Kuti or Brazilian folk legend Milton Nascimento have become somewhat sought after among DJs in the know.
